This policy explains how the Climate Action for Smallholders Coalition ("the Coalition," "CASH Coalition") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to cashcoalition.earth (the "Site").

• Name and email address, when submitting the newsletter signup form (processed via HubSpot)

• Any other details voluntarily submitted through forms on the Site

• Usage data via Google Analytics: pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, approximate location, and referring site

• Cookies set by Framer, the platform hosting this Site, for functionality and performance purposes

The Site uses cookies from:

• HubSpot — to manage newsletter signups and, if applicable, track email engagement

The Coalition works with partners and members across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and welcomes visitors worldwide. Information submitted through the Site may be processed in the United States. Visitors from regions with additional data protection rights (such as the EU) may contact the Coalition to exercise those rights.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and the Coalition does not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

The Coalition takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
