1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using cashcoalition.earth (the "Site"), visitors agree to these Terms of Use. Anyone who does not agree should not use the Site.

2. About the Coalition

The Climate Action for Smallholders Coalition ("the Coalition," "CASH Coalition") is a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes related to the Coalition's mission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Coalition does not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coalition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. User submissions

Any information submitted through Site forms (such as newsletter signups or contact inquiries) is handled according to the Coalition's Privacy Policy. Visitors should not submit confidential or sensitive information through public-facing forms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

The Coalition may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
